For our client, a leading supplier of boating parts and marine equipment, we are looking for a Retail & Warehouse Associate.

The Retail & Warehouse Associate supports warehouse operations, sales, customer service, and cash register duties, while maintaining high professional standards and adapting to daily business needs.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, label and organize inventory safely;
• Maintain accurate inventory records and stock movements in Odoo, assist with stock counts, and report any discrepancies;
• Pick, pack and prepare customer orders for dispatch;
• Ensure the FIFO (First In, First Out) principle is consistently applied;
• Safely load and unload orders and report any defects;
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized and safe;
• Assist customers and provide product information and advice;
• Replenish shelves and maintain attractive product displays;
• Operate the POS system and process payments and returns accurately;
• Use company systems and Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel for daily tasks;
• Provide excellent customer service and handle customer concerns professionally;
• Follow all health, safety and company policies, including the use of PPE where required;

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent;
• Previous experience in retail, warehouse operations or customer service is preferred;
• Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office;
• Willingness to learn and work with Odoo;
• Good communication and customer service skills;
• Reliable, punctual and able to work independently and as part of a team;
• Flexible and willing to work across the warehouse, sales floor and cash register;
• Physically able to lift merchandise;
